You know when kids finally learn how to read and they only know how to read out loud and it’s so annoying? Like yeah it’s great, you are learning to read and are reading, but we don’t want to hear it… so then we teach them how to “read to themselves” …I’d love to say that to some people and their beliefs. -I love that you are passionate about something (yay you) but you don’t need to push your opinions on everyone else. Sometimes your point will be best expressed with your mouth shut (“believe it to yourselves.”)
I think some of y’all are openly voicing your opinion simply because it’s the unpopular opinion and y’all are trying to gas everyone up.
For example: I think Beyoncé is annoying and not even that pretty… am I going to voice this “NO” (well I guess I kinda just did… but I’m teaching a lesson) because I know a lot of people are die hard fans and why do I need to “get people going” when I can simply not love her in private and turn the song when it comes on. Me causing an argument by voicing my unpopular opinion is not going to change their mind and the hate I get isn’t going to change my mind. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has them… some are simply better than others.
I would say “be seen and not heard”, but I have seen some of you trolls on IG and to be superficial I don't want to look at you crustaceans either. So just shut the fuck up and keep your opinions to yourself.

-If you are white, don't try to relate to struggles and racism that people of color have gone through. You will truly never completely understand. Simply listen and learn
-If you are a Republican in 2022, seek professional help. The insurrection, the racist/sexist/homophic laws y'all are trying to pass, the voting of a complete sociopathic asshole into office. You need to find the Jesus you so blindly worship and get off Facebook and get help.
