Well friends, I am in Minnesota for the holidays! I left sunny California for a week of natural Cryotherapy! Today the high was a sexy -3 degrees with a low of -18 degrees (with -33 degree wind chill). You will find me cuddling on the couch with little Fame and eating my body weight in all the foods I deprive myself of while living in Los Angeles.. I’ll be back in LA just in time for New Year’s, where I will consume my body weight in vodka! 2018 is the year I figure out the concept of self-control.
