Safe Space

I am aware this isn’t Facebook, but if people have the right to own guns, then I have the right to speak.

At least 21 people died in a school. That is 19 parents that have to bury their children. 2 classrooms that no longer have teachers. A school of impressionable children that will have deep-seated trauma for seemingly their entire life. A whole community that will forever be scared and broken. A state that will feel unsafe indefinitely from proximity. A country that is saddened and helpless- because these horrific incidents keep happening, and the only means to help stop these tragedies is at the hands of archaic (rosacea-faced) men who think their right to safety is through gun ownership?!  WTF. One time is too many to not do anything. If we don’t fix what is broken this will continue to snowball and it will keep getting closer and closer to home until it’s at your doorstop. If anyone feels safe in America right now you are naive or stupid… schools, churches, grocery stores… there are no safe spaces.
