Liberation

After leaving New York, I had an epiphany... A revelation some might say.  I have come to the conclusion that living in Los Angeles has cheated me out of so much life.  New Yorkers have the easy life (no I am not joking) ...and here is my two-fold reasoning why:
A.)  As an avid water drinker, I am constantly wasting my life waiting on my Brita filter.  Literally, my youth fading before my eyes waiting for the water to filter through!   I am brand loyal as far as bottled water, I only drink Evian or Fiji, which also gets a bit pricey.  I have done my research and tap water in New York is not only clean, but tasty!  Liberation!

B.)  Crime in LA is at an all-time high.  With that being said, the LAPD is going ticket-crazy for people jay-walking or crossing an intersection when the pedestrian "Do Not Cross" sign is lit.  It makes my blood boil standing for 30 seconds, when there are no cars coming from either direction.  It's as if the City of Los Angeles doesn't have enough faith in my mental capacity to look both ways before crossing the street.  In New York, I feel true American freedom as I can cross the street anytime/anywhere I want!  LIBERATION!
